For adding a new customer the following Fields are important
Customer Name: Name of the customer
Customer ID / Code: A unique number is given to identify customer among all customers.
Customer Type: Type of customer that may be designer,dealer,architect etc.
Contact Name: Name of the organisation or name of the person who
represent organisation.
Referred By: Name of the person who referred customer

Bill-to-address
The bill-to-address is the invoice address and the cardholders address if paying by card.
