The term Timeless Design is so
over-used that it’s meaning describes very little.
Design in
general, homes, interiors, buildings,
furniture, and many other elements in
our lives, give us cues as to a time and place in which they were imagined.
Always staying beautiful or fashionable as time passes.
Some design doesn’t
quite stand the test of time, while others are studied, examined and become an
almost aesthetic touchstone in art/design schools throughout the world.
A 1965 Mustang
An Eames Chair
Isamu Noguchi Coffee Table
The Golden Gate Bridge
The Empire State Building
A Yellow #2 Pencil
Aviator Frames
The list goes on. It shows us that sometimes truly great design can’t be improved upon.
Great design enriches our lives and leaves its imprint to inspire future generations to dream.
