Business

An organization or economic system where Products and Services are exchanged for one another or for money.

Every business requires some form of investment and enough customers to whom its output can be sold on a consistent basis in order to make a profit.

Businesses can be privately owned, not-for-profit or state-owned.

Business System

A system is a procedure, process, method, or course of action designed to achieve a specific result.

Its component parts and interrelated steps work together for the good of the whole.

Creating effective business systems is the only way to attain results that are consistent, measurable, and ultimately benefit customers.

A methodical procedure or process that is used as a delivery mechanism for providing specific goods or services to customers.

Types of Business System

1. Manufacturer

Manufacturing is the production of merchandise for use or sale using labour and machines, tools, chemical and biological processing, or formulation.
The term may refer to a range of human activity, from handicraft to high tech, but is most commonly applied to industrial production, in which raw materials are transformed into finished goods on a large scale.

2. Distributor

An entity that buys noncompeting products or product lines, warehouses them, and resells them to retailers or direct to the end users or customers.
Most distributors provide strong manpower and cash support to the supplier or manufacturer's promotional efforts.
They usually also provide a range of services (such as product information, estimates, technical support, after-sales services, credit) to their customers.

3. Fabricator

Manufacturing process in which an item is made (fabricated) from raw or semi-finished materials instead of being assembled from ready-made components or parts.
