GoToAssist is a cloud-based toolset for IT support teams and customer support organizations. 

Since 2012, GoToAssist has been composed of 3 integrated modules

  • Remote Support

  • IT monitoring and 

  • Service Desk Management.


GoToAssist was originally released in 2000 as the first Internet-based remote support tool. 

To connect with the partner computer we have share a 9 Digit code generated in our application.

By entering the code in the partner computer, we can connect.

GoToAssist Step by Step Process.

Step 1 Browse to https://www.gotoassist.com/remote-support/


Step 2 Write your Email ID and click to (Try Remote Support Now) button.



Step 3 Fill the registration and click to (START YOUR TRIAL) button.


Step 4 Then click (LAUNCH GOTOASSIST) button.





Step 5 Then click (Start a Session) button.



Step 5 GoToAssist  online Launcher is open. 





Step 6 Browse to http://www.gotomeeting.co.uk/meeting/join-meeting another
            system and use one time support key to join your session and 
            click to (Continue)



Step 7 Both the system are connected to GoToAssist
