Driver

A driver is software that allows your computer to communicate with hardware or devices. Without drivers, the hardware you connect to your computer—for example, a video card or a printer—won't work properly.

A driver acts like a translator between the device and programs that use the device. Each device has its own set of specialized commands that only its driver knows. In contrast, most programs access devices by using generic commands. The driver, therefore, accepts generic commands from a program and then translates them into specialized commands for the device.

How to download drivers

Step: 1 Find the system type whether it is running on 32 bit or 64 bit

Step: 2 Type the following URL in address bar

Step: 4 Click on Sony VAIO VPCZ2390X drivers for Windows 7 64-bit.

Step: 5 Click on download button for downloading the driver
